Senior Global Supply Planning Manager

A global consumer products leader is seeking a Senior Global Supply Planning Manager to oversee supply planning across its apparel, accessories, and equipment portfolio. This role leads a team responsible for balancing customer demand, factory capacity, and delivery performance while driving planning excellence across a complex global manufacturing network. The position partners closely with manufacturing and commercial stakeholders and serves as a key voice within S&OP and business planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the global supply planning team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Own factory capacity planning and loading strategies to balance customer demand, manufacturing constraints, and service objectives.
  • Drive on-time delivery performance and optimize supply execution across the apparel, accessories, and equipment business.
  • Represent Supply Planning in S&OP and executive business reviews, providing strategic planning insights and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and commercial teams to resolve disruptions and support business growth.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, operations, or manufacturing environments.
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong experience with supply planning, capacity planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • APICS CPIM certification.
  • Experience supporting global manufacturing and sourcing operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset and ability to lead through complexity and change.
