Location: Project-Based (Up to 25% Travel)
Compensation: $130,000 Base Salary + Bonus + ESOP + Full Benefits
Join one of the nation's largest employee-owned electrical and industrial construction organizations supporting complex manufacturing, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety performance across multiple project sites while developing and mentoring HSE professionals and future leaders.
What You'll Do
- Lead HSE strategy and execution across multiple construction projects and teams
- Coach, mentor, and develop HSE professionals and frontline leaders
- Drive incident prevention, hazard recognition, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with field leadership to ensure consistent implementation of safety programs
- Conduct incident investigations and identify corrective actions
- Support pre-construction planning and site-specific safety initiatives
- Analyze trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with subcontractors, project teams, and clients to improve safety performance
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HSE experience with ASP certification, or 11+ years of relevant HSE experience with SMS certification
- CHST certification required
- Manufacturing construction experience required
- Experience supporting large industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or heavy construction projects
- Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams and developing future leaders
- Expertise in OSHA compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, and contractor safety
- Ability to spend significant time in active construction environments
