Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of aseptic product strategies across a diverse portfolio of liquid food products.
- Design and optimize processing systems for dairy, juice, viscous concentrates, and other aseptic applications.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing manufacturing lines to boost safety, reliability, and product quality.
- Develop conceptual designs for new packaging and processing systems.
- Manage multiple capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and technical conferences to stay ahead of trends in aseptic processing.
- Ensure all engineering solutions comply with food safety, personnel safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain awareness of relevant engineering codes and regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in aseptic processing.
- 4+ years of progressive engineering experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on complex projects.
- Deep understanding of aseptic processing and packaging technologies.
