Senior Sales Rep - High Graphics Packaging

Company Summary: Our client is a customized packaging and display solutions company with state-of-the-art technology in high graphics packaging and displays. They offer corrugated packaging, point of purchase displays, graphic packaging and merchandising products. They offer design, engineering, packing and distribution solutions as well. The team is looking for a Senior Sales Rep for either the Georgia, SC or NC territory. The position will focus on building new business relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and cold calling.

The Senior Sales Rep has these key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet individual and company goals
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with both new prospects and existing clients
  • Manage pipeline opportunities and log all activity in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Maintain consistent prospecting efforts and follow-up activities
  • Provide market insights and feedback on industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded

The Senior Sales Rep should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Preferably 5 or more years of manufacturing outside sales experience
  • Preferably experience in corrugated packaging and/or printing (flexographic, digital, offset) industries
  • Proven success in a sales role with strong outreach and cold calling capabilities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work across departments and project teams
