Senior Staff Controls Engineer
- Designing and implementing advanced automation systems by integrating PLCs, motion control devices, robotics, sensors, vision systems, and manufacturing software
- Leading the development of electrical controls for custom assembly and test equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across global manufacturing facilities
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing improvements, while mentoring engineers and fostering innovation and continuous learning
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with technologies like Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, Fanuc, Epson, UR robots, and vison systems
- Experience with laser/plasma cutting
- 8+ years of experience in controls automation
- Has used tools like SolidWorks, Auto CAD, PowerBI, and mistake-proofing principles
