Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Facilities Services

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Facilities Services will lead the strategic sourcing and category management efforts for key Facilities Services categories, including Engineering, Housekeeping, and Fire & Life Safety operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, service quality, supplier performance, and operational efficiency across a diverse portfolio of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for Engineering, Housekeeping, and Fire & Life Safety services aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.

  • Supplier Management:
    Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management. Establish KPIs and conduct regular business reviews to ensure service excellence and compliance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with Facilities Operations, Engineering, Risk Management, Legal, and Finance teams to understand business needs, align sourcing strategies, and support operational goals.

  • Contract Management:
    Oversee the development, negotiation, and execution of service agreements. Ensure contracts are compliant, cost-effective, and mitigate risk.

  • Cost Optimization:
    Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities through strategic sourcing, demand management, and process improvements.

  • Market Intelligence:
    Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and supplier innovations to inform sourcing strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

  • Sustainability & Compliance:
    Support corporate sustainability goals and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to facilities services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with at least 3 years in facilities services or related categories.
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering, Housekeeping, and Fire & Life Safety operations and vendor landscape.
  • Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Experience with e-sourcing tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa).
