Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer
Location: Bloomsburg - Berwick Metro, PA
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 base + 12.6% bonus + relo assistance
Summary:
A reputable food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Project Engineer for their Bloomsburg - Berwick Metro, PA facility.
Responsibilities:
The ideal Senior Project Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
- Create project charters, funding requests, and overall project plans.
- Build accurate project cost estimates and manage budgets and schedules to meet targets.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, and plant teams to keep projects on track and resolve technical issues.
- Set and maintain standards for safety, quality, cost, and schedule throughout the project.
- Manage project changes, document work properly, and communicate status to leadership.
- Support operations and project managers with technical guidance, budgeting, and project controls.
Qualifications
The ideal Senior Project Engineer will have the following skill set:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
