The Staff Environmental Engineer will lead key environmental programs across multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving initiatives that support safe, sustainable operations.
The Staff Environmental Engineer will be responsible for…
* Managing environmental compliance programs for air, stormwater, wastewater, and SPCC/PPC
* Conducting inspections, sampling, and environmental reporting
* Supporting engineering efforts related to pollution control systems and process improvements
* Overseeing permits, documentation, and communications with regulatory agencies
* Leading environmental projects and supporting emergency response efforts
* Managing operating licenses and coordinating with vendors for environmental and sustainability initiatives
The Staff Environmental Engineer should have the following qualifications…
* B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
* ~7+ years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania and federal environmental regulations
* Experience with environmental sampling, monitoring, and reporting
* Ability to communicate effectively with regulatory agencies
* Project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
* HAZWOPER training preferred
