Location: Dallas, TX
Work-Model: Fully On-Site 5 days per week

Overview
Seeking a supply chain professional with experience managing construction services agreements. This role partners with operations and risk teams to identify and mitigate safety, operational, and financial risks while ensuring compliance, continuity, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies, including RFP/RFQ management
- Manage supplier relationships; negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
- Conduct market analysis to track trends and identify suppliers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Monitor spend, control costs, and implement savings initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, operations, finance)
- Track and report procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, inventory)
- Resolve supplier issues and disputes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree/certification preferred)
- ~5+ years of procurement or relevant industry experience
- Strong stakeholder communication and supplier management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems like SAP/Oracle)
