Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management functions. This role ensures that supply chain processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to optimize performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability goals.
- Utilize ERP systems and data analytics to enhance decision-making and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- APICS or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
