Supply Chain & Operation Manager - Global Markets (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Supply Chain & Operation Manager - Fashion Accessories (Hybrid) to lead end-to-end order management, logistics execution, and supplier coordination across international markets. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order flow, production tracking, freight management, and 3PL coordination while maintaining strong compliance, quality, and delivery standards.
You will act as the central point of contact across suppliers, freight forwarders, internal teams (Product Development, QC), and key accounts-driving operational excellence from purchase order through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Execution
- Oversee the full lifecycle of customer and supplier orders from PO issuance to final delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely creation
- Manage order tracking and maintain real-time production schedules
- Execute all outbound shipments from the Hong Kong office, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Supplier & Production Coordination
- Maintain proactive communication with global suppliers on order status, production progress, and issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to production protocols, timelines, and quality standards
- Collaborate with Product Development (PD) and Quality Control (QC) teams
- Review factory BOMs, manufacturing costs, and pricing structures
3. Logistics, Freight & 3PL Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and 3PL partners including import and export, overseeing shipment execution, tracking, and delivery performance globally
- Ensure accuracy of freight invoices and resolve discrepancies
Key Account & Program Management
- Manage end-to-end coordination of key retail programs from PO through delivery and invoicing
- Coordinate directly with retailers, suppliers, and logistics providers during order fulfillment
- Develop and standardize operational playbooks for scalable programs
Systems, Data & Financial Operations
- Manage and maintain operational systems including ERP and others
- Reconcile vendor invoices and statements, ensuring financial accuracy
- Troubleshoot in invoicing and system issues
Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting & Continuous Improvement
- Support inventory forecasting and materials planning
- Conduct pricing and margin analysis to improve profitability
- Identify process improvement opportunities across order management and logistics operations
Job Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in global operations, supply chain, or logistics management
- Industries of lifestyle, consumer or fashion accessories background are preferred
- Strong experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders and vendors
- Proven track record managing order lifecycle and supplier coordination
- Experience supporting large retail customers in US and EU markets
- Familiarity with ERP systems is desired
- Fluency of English and Chinese speaking is required
- Local residents in HK will be considered only
