They specialize in aeroengine and aerostructure bindings, supporting applications such as landing gear, flight controls, and propulsion systems. The Aerospace Division is expanding its supply chain team to support growing demand and operational complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with production forecasts and customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or excess.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and risks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems.
- Prepare and present supply chain metrics and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply planning or materials management.
- Experience in aerospace or heavy manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
