Systems Analyst
My Client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of systems that support operational efficiency and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements or new applications.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, data management, and business process modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools; experience with system integration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
