Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried positions across multiple manufacturing sites and corporate functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and long-term talent planning
  • Develop and manage job postings across job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms to attract top talent
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, maintaining consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, technical schools, agencies, and community partners to develop strong talent pipelines
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, and onsite recruiting initiatives
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and hiring practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Experience recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or multi-site environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support hiring needs across sites and attend recruiting events
