I'm currently supporting one of the fastest-growing food and beverage brands globally as they continue to scale their European operations. This is a newly created Supply Planning Team Lead role based in Strasbourg, offering the opportunity to step into a high-impact position within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving supply planning performance across the European network. You'll lead a team of three and report directly to the Head of Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of supply planners, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage end-to-end supply planning across multiple markets in Europe
- Align supply with demand forecasts to ensure optimal product availability
- Oversee capacity planning and production scheduling in collaboration with manufacturing sites
- Optimise inventory levels to balance service, cost, and working capital
- Partner closely with S&OP, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams
- Support the implementation of planning tools and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of supply planning experience within the FMCG or food & beverage industry
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is essential; French or German is a strong advantage
