Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, optimization, and long-term roadmap for procurement technology platforms, with a strong focus on Coupa.
Drive digital transformation initiatives across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes.
Oversee system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and governance initiatives across procurement technologies and ERP environments.
Develop and execute procurement analytics strategies to improve spend visibility, supplier performance monitoring, savings realization, and compliance reporting.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline procurement operations.
Establish data governance standards and improve data quality across procurement systems and reporting platforms.
Support the development of supplier risk monitoring capabilities through dashboards, reporting, and integrated data solutions.
Deliver executive-level reporting and KPI frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
Lead change management efforts to drive user adoption and maximize technology investments.
Build and develop high-performing teams while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of procurement, procurement technology, procurement operations, or digital transformation experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise procurement system initiatives and large-scale transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with Coupa is required.
Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar solutions.
Strong understanding of S2P/P2P processes, procurement governance, and supplier management practices.
Experience developing procurement analytics, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards.
Familiarity with ERP integrations, data governance, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
Experience managing direct reports strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
