DSJ Global is currently working with a leading food production company to find an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing Engineering & maintenance operations within the food and beverage sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of engineering and/or maintenance management experience
- Proficient in PLC programming, CMMS systems, preventative maintenance programs, TPM methodologies
Responsibilities:
The chosen individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's equipment reliability program while supervising various levels of mechanics that maintain facility machinery. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations as well as maintaining environmental standards.
* Collaborating cross-functionally on projects involving design changes/modifications/improvements/upgrades.
* Developing performance metrics/KPIs/targets; tracking progress against established goals/leading continuous improvement initiatives accordingly.
