Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets in the Swiss market.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air and ocean freight, with potential expansion into contract logistics and trucking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Swiss market, ideally 10+ years.
- Fluency in English and German is essential; French is a plus.
- Proven experience in air or ocean freight sales; experience in contract logistics and trucking is a bonus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
