Our client is a leading manufacturing company in the automotive sector and is currently seeking an experienced lead buyer to join their Procurement team. Based in Wipperfรผrth Germany.
Responsibilities:
-Purchasing machined and turned parts
-Manages supplier relationships through regular meetings; negotiates pricing/terms/conditions/agreements
- Coordinate and further development of the global supplier base
- Implementing innovative solutions across all aspects of procurement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven track record as a procurement professional with at least 4 year's experience in Purchasing/Procurement
- Vastly experienced working with suppliers - Sourcing and negotiating
- Good understanding of Procurement processes
