Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join my clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and equipment. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of their manufacturing processes and ensuring our production lines run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to reduce downtime.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Dutch, French, or English.
