This role is ideal for a hands-on production leader who understands electrical manufacturing, production scheduling, quality, safety, and customer-driven delivery.
What You'll Do
- Support manufacturing operations for assigned production programs
- Coordinate production schedules, manpower needs, and material requirements
- Ensure BOMs are complete and available
- Partner with QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards
- Work closely with program management on customer schedules and deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production operations
- Promote and enforce safe manufacturing practices
- Support cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
What You'll Bring
- Licensed Electrician experience required
- Background in electrical manufacturing, industrial construction, or prefabrication
- Ability to coordinate multiple production priorities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred
- Proven safety mindset and quality focus
