Reliability Engineer- Northeast Pennsylvania Area
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive equipment performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across a high-volume production facility. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on plant operations while working cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
What You'll Do:
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Analyze equipment failures and implement long-term solutions
- Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and improve asset performance metrics, including OEE
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to enhance plant performance
What We're Looking For:
- Reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with reliability tools such as FMEA, RCFA, or RCM
- Strong data analysis skills, ideally with Excel and SAP
- Knowledge of rotating equipment and predictive maintenance techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
