Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement optimisation plans for the S&OP function.
- Cross collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts, production schedules and sales forecasts.
- Analyse inventory levels, production schedules and sales forecasts to identify supply chain risks and mitigation opportunities.
- Stakeholder management to provide necessary report on KPIs and market trends to key decision makers.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in S&OP Planning
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience with S&OP software and Microsoft Office tools
