Are you a skilled and experienced quality engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity in the semiconductor industry? Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Quality Engineer to join their team based in beautiful Colorado Springs.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's products meet or exceed customer requirements. You'll work closely with other engineers across departments including manufacturing operations to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions using 8D methodology
- Develop statistical models utilizing JMP software.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on continuous process improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
To qualify for consideration of this position we are requiring these qualifications below:
Qualifications Required :
-Bachelor's Degree preferred specifically B.S Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Material Science,
-Six Sigma certification
Skills Preferred :
-Minimum of 7 years' experience working within Quality
-Knowledgeable about processes; ideally chemicals used throughout a chemical manufacturing process
