Senior Sales Representative
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + Competitive Commission Structure

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development efforts throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify, target, and secure new customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on revenue generation and market expansion.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across manufacturing, industrial, food & beverage, and other target markets.
- Conduct customer visits to understand packaging requirements, operational challenges, and supply chain needs.
- Collaborate with packaging design, customer service, estimating, and operations teams to develop customized corrugated solutions.
- Present proposals, pricing strategies, and value-added recommendations to customers.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to convert business from existing suppliers.
Qualifications
- **3+ years of B2B sales experience within corrugated packaging, industrial packaging, paper packaging, protective packaging, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success developing new business and securing new customer accounts.
- Strong prospecting, territory management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling customized or consultative solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating independently in a field-based environment.
- Proven track record of revenue growth, market expansion, account acquisition, and commercial success.
