As a Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client's supply chain operations and overseeing their partner programs. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, enhancing supply chain processes, and developing strong relationships with our client's partners to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products. You will play a key role in achieving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and maintaining high service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, production, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of materials and products.
Partner Program Management:
- Develop and manage partner programs to strengthen relationships with suppliers and other external partners.
- Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring they meet our quality and performance standards.
- Monitor partner performance, providing feedback and support to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
Process Improvement:
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to drive improvements in supply chain operations.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, partner program status, and improvement initiatives to management.
- Foster a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or partner program management.
- Proven track record of managing supply chain operations and developing successful partner programs.
