DSJ Global is seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our exciting semiconductor manufacturing client as a Team Leader of Logistics. We are looking for someone who can lead an operational logistics & warehouse team, ensuring that all activities within this area run smoothly. Based in Garching, Bavaria, Germany - you will play a crucial role in leading your colleagues on site.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the daily operational team in logistics & warehousing in Garching
- Responsibility for goods movements, transport & shipping
- Developing strategies which optimize inventory control procedures
- Maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders across departments such as production planning or customer service
Qualifications:
To be considered eligible for this position we require candidates to have experience working at least 3 years' hands-on leadership roles related specifically to industrial sector operational logistics leadership. Additionally, fluency German language skills along with English proficiency would serve well.
