About the Role
A leading pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth in their pharmaceutical packaging business. This role is focused on expanding market share with existing pharma clients and developing new strategic accounts in a highly quality-driven, innovation-led sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical packaging sector.
- Develop pipeline and acquire new customers, focusing on high-quality, compliant packaging solutions.
- Increase share of wallet with existing clients through consultative selling and account planning.
- Collaborate with converters and pharma partners to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
- Lead customer engagements, manage sales funnel, and forecast revenue.
- Represent the company in industry events and maintain strong market presence.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales/account management within pharmaceutical packaging.
- Proven success in growing accounts and leading sales initiatives.
- Strong network within pharma packaging and converting industry.
- Business or technical degree; strong commercial and cognitive skills.
- Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), SAP, and MS Office.
- Hunter mentality with a growth mindset and leadership potential.
