Now Hiring: Senior Electrical Engineer - Building Systems

Are you an experienced electrical engineer ready to take the lead on impactful industrial projects? We're seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in building systems, project management, and AutoCAD expertise. In this role, you'll oversee electrical design and execution across multiple plants, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional results from concept to completion.


What You'll Do

Project Management

  • Lead electrical projects with full responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Track progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on time and within scope.

Electrical Systems Design

  • Design and evaluate electrical systems for industrial facilities, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
  • Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Perform load calculations, system layouts, and feasibility studies.

Documentation & Drafting

  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation including specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Revise and update designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Certification: PE license preferred (or ability to obtain within one year).
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience managing electrical projects in the building systems sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and deep knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, NFPA).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40%.
