Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L Responsibility: Ensure organization's operations remain sustainable, efficient, and profitable. You will be accountable for financial performance, budgeting, and aligning expenditures with strategic objectives to optimize returns and maintain the company's competitive edge.
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead a diverse and multi-functional team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies tailored to drive growth in the competitive on & off-trade channels. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure success in both established and emerging markets.
  • Optimizing Route-to-Market (RTM): Analyze and refine RTM strategies to enhance the organization's market presence and revenue streams. This involves understanding distribution networks, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to deploy the most effective approaches for reaching and engaging target audiences.
