The Maintenance Technician III will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through expert troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This position offers hands-on technical challenges and the chance to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
The Advanced Process Engineer will be responsible for...
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and control systems
- Troubleshoot issues with sensors, PLC programming, PID loops, and industrial controls
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment following engineering specifications and safety standards
- Identify and implement safety improvements and equipment reliability enhancements
- Fabricate repair parts and provide technical guidance to operations teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for maintenance best practices
The Advanced Process Engineer should have the following qualifications...
- 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Associate degree, technical certification, or military training in Electrical/Electronics Systems, Industrial Controls, or Mechanical Systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret diagrams, manuals, and engineering specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Experience with wastewater treatment equipment preferred
