The Maintenance Technician III will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through expert troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This position offers hands-on technical challenges and the chance to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

The Advanced Process Engineer will be responsible for...

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and control systems
  • Troubleshoot issues with sensors, PLC programming, PID loops, and industrial controls
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment following engineering specifications and safety standards
  • Identify and implement safety improvements and equipment reliability enhancements
  • Fabricate repair parts and provide technical guidance to operations teams
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for maintenance best practices

The Advanced Process Engineer should have the following qualifications...

  • 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Associate degree, technical certification, or military training in Electrical/Electronics Systems, Industrial Controls, or Mechanical Systems
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to interpret diagrams, manuals, and engineering specifications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Experience with wastewater treatment equipment preferred
