Salary: $100,000 Base ( Salary negotiable ) + Bonus Potential, Incredible benefits

We're seeking a high-impact Senior Logistics Analyst with deep parcel experience and strong Excel skills to turn data into strategy and cost savings at scale. This is a decision-driving role, not just reporting.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex parcel and transportation data to drive cost savings and performance improvements
- Own P&L analysis and forecasting tied to shipping and profitability
- Build dashboards and models using advanced Excel (must-have), Access, SQL, Power BI
- Translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage reporting and performance analytics end-to-end
What You Bring
- Strong parcel knowledge (non-negotiable) - not LTL or truckload
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, large datasets, modeling)
- P&L and cost analytics experience
- Ability to translate data into business decisions
- 3-5+ years in logistics or analytics
