Account Executive

A dynamic operations and analytics AI platform designed for 3PLs and eCommerce businesses is looking for an eager Account Executive. This role focuses on driving net-new revenue through full-cycle sales, from prospecting to close. You will lead value-based conversations that solve real business challenges and deliver measurable impact.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to demo, proposal, and close.
  • Lead consultative, value-driven sales conversations aligned with client pain points and priorities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine messaging and accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Build ROI and business cases for prospects to demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Engage in continuous learning and process improvement to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in B2B or startup environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR).
  • Expertise in value-based or consultative selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).
  • Ability to sell to mid-market and enterprise stakeholders, including operations leaders and executives.
  • Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with grit, curiosity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 base + commission
