About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving net-new revenue. You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close-with a sharp focus on value-based conversations that solve real business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and partner-sourced opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
- Lead value-driven sales conversations, aligning our solution with prospects' pain points and priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine messaging and accelerate pipeline generation.
- Build ROI and business cases with prospects.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Participate in continuous learning, coaching, and process refinement.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in B2B or startup environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR).
- Deep experience with value-based or consultative selling frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).
- Confidence selling to mid-market and enterprise stakeholders, including operations leaders and executives.
- Excellent discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with grit, curiosity, and a builder's mindset-comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Nice to Have
- Background selling into logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industries.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, or similar sales enablement platforms.
