Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the China supply chain strategy in alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Lead end‑to‑end supply chain functions including Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory Management.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process standardization across the supply chain organization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supply chain teams across multiple sites to ensure strong capability and succession planning.

2. Customer Service Management

  • Oversee order‑to‑delivery process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service performance.
  • Improve OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), response time, and customer communication quality.
  • Build strong partnerships with OEM customers and key stakeholders to support business growth and operational transparency.

3. Demand, Supply & Production Planning

  • Lead the end‑to‑end planning process, including demand forecasting, supply planning, production planning, and capacity alignment.
  • Ensure planning accuracy, stability, and alignment with sales, manufacturing, and global supply chain teams.
  • Implement S&OP / IBP processes to balance demand and supply for optimal operational performance.
  • Optimize master scheduling and production planning workflow to improve lead time and delivery reliability.

4. Logistics & Warehousing Operations

  • Manage inbound/outbound logistics, domestic transportation, and international shipping compliance.
  • Oversee warehouse operations (in‑house and 3PL), including layout optimization, material flow, and stock accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, EHS, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Drive logistics network optimization to improve service level and reduce cost.

5. Inventory & Performance Management

  • Develop and monitor inventory strategies to meet service, cost, and working capital targets.
  • Improve inventory accuracy, reduce slow‑moving/obsolete stock, and enhance overall supply chain transparency.
  • Establish operational KPIs and reporting dashboards to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

6. Process Optimization & Transformation

  • Lead digitalization, automation, and ERP/SCM system optimization projects to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
  • Drive lean practices, waste reduction, and standard operating procedures across sites.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Global Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 10-15+ years of supply chain leadership experience in multinational automotive or advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale operations, multi-site teams, and complex transformation initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of S&OP/IBP processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical, structured, and data-driven working approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin language skills preferred for China operations.
