Position: Control System Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Control System Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, commissioning, and operation of control systems and associated process control networks. This includes working with DCS/PLC systems such as Rockwell, Emerson DeltaV, ABB, Wonderware Suite, and Siemens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Controls Systems team to ensure operational readiness across sites
- Proactively manage control environments to prevent disruptions
- Implement logic changes to enhance reliability and reduce downtime
- Guide operations and technical staff on control strategy usage
- Develop and implement process control algorithms
- Design and maintain Basic Process Control and Optimization systems
- Track and report on control system performance metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and commissioning
- Drive continuous improvement in control infrastructure
- Develop solutions for centralized process data management
- Maintain reliability of DCS/SIS hardware and software
- Establish backup systems for critical infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Automation, Instrumentation, or related field)
- 2+ years of experience in control systems preferred
- Expertise in ABB Symphony Plus and Rockwell/Allen Bradley PLCs
- Familiarity with networking, Wonderware, DeltaV, Siemens, and instrumentation
- Quick learner with strong communication skills
- Physically able to bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
