We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Continuous Improvement to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our commitment to operational excellence and efficiency across all manufacturing processes.
The Director of Continuous Improvement will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Provide training and support to staff on continuous improvement methodologies.
The Director of Continuous Improvement will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
