Position: Electrical Engineering Team Lead

Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 + 15% bonus
Overview:
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to oversee capital projects and provide technical support across a large industrial facility. This role involves managing a team of engineers, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of up to 75 projects annually. Areas of focus may include production lines, utilities, environmental systems, and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor engineers and foster professional development through cross-functional exposure.
- Champion safety initiatives and promote a culture of accountability.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify and implement technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on equipment reliability, failure analysis, and system optimization.
- Manage project documentation, procurement, and contractor oversight.
- Support outage planning and lead major maintenance and rebuild efforts.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering - required
- 10+ years in industrial manufacturing (paper/packaging -preferred)
- Strong people leadership and project management experience
- Proficient in standard office and engineering software tools.
