Infor SyteLine ERP Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Infor SyteLine ERP Specialist to manage, customize, and optimize our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP implementation, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to support business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP System Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize the Infor SyteLine ERP system to meet business needs.
- Customization & Development: Develop and customize SyteLine ERP using cloud-based technologies.
- Integration & Migration: Implement and migrate complex system integrations with other business applications.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- User Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users, creating documentation for best practices.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within ERP workflows.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure ERP system compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine ERP.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, .NET, and ERP customization.
- Experience with Factory Track, Birst, IDM, Field Service Plus, SyteLine CRM.
- Knowledge of multi-site/multi-warehouse ERP environments.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to train and support end-users effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Version 8 or higher.
- SaaS/Cloud technical experience is a plus.
- Project management experience in ERP implementation.
