Role Overview:
The Principal Analyst will play a key role in developing and improving logistics and material purchasing processes to support new manufacturing and customer programs. This role focuses on optimizing inventory strategies, ensuring business continuity, and providing regular progress reports to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enhance logistics and material purchasing processes for manufacturing and customer programs.
- Provide analytical support for supply chain projects; design warehouse strategies for cost reduction and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Manufacturing teams on strategic initiatives and project management.
- Partner with sourcing and planning teams to resolve supply chain issues and optimize inventory strategies.
- Promote process automation and system streamlining.
- Communicate progress and key deliverables to supply chain leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience, preferably in semiconductors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MRP and inventory planning methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Fluent in English.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, high integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
- Familiarity with SAP EWM and SAP TM
