About The Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and forward-thinking Planner to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be at the center of production planning, coordinating material flow, optimizing schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of critical components for advanced aircraft systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules and material requirements to meet delivery timelines.
- Interpret engineering drawings and maintain accurate Bills of Material (BOMs).
- Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations to align production plans.
- Maintain data accuracy in the ERP system and support certification/testing processes.
- Support engineering change management and ensure revision control.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional planning efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training a plus.
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
