Für einen etablierten Hersteller in der Kunststoffverarbeitung mit Sitz in Baden-Württemberg suchen wir eine erfahrene und durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit zur Leitung seines Produktionsstandorts.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort mit über 100 Mitarbeitenden
- Führung von 5 Direct Reports aus den Bereichen Produktion, Technik, Qualität und Logistik
- Sicherstellung effizienter Produktionsabläufe unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards
- Aktive Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Transformationsprozessen und Lean-Initiativen
- Förderung einer offenen Kommunikation zwischen Produktionsmitarbeitenden und dem C-Level
- Treffen klarer Entscheidungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld - Hands-on-Mentalität statt reiner Büroarbeit
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Produktionsstandorten in der Kunststoffindustrie
- Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und Veränderungsbereitschaft
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Lean Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung (KVP)
- Kommunikationsstark auf allen Ebenen - vom Shopfloor bis zur Geschäftsführung
- Strategisches Denken gepaart mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke
