Regional Account Manager - Lubricants & Industrial Solutions
Location: Kenner, LA (REMOTE)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a driven, hunter-oriented Regional Account Manager to grow lubricant and industrial fluid sales throughout an assigned territory. This role will focus on developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and increasing market share across automotive, fleet, heavy-duty, manufacturing, and industrial accounts.
This is a field-based position that combines aggressive prospecting with strategic account management. The ideal candidate enjoys being in front of customers, identifying opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that drive recurring business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person customer visits.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by expanding lubricant, hydraulic fluid, grease, coolant, and DEF product sales.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions that improve equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and overall operating performance.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, negotiations, implementation, and ongoing account support.
- Maintain an active pipeline and sales forecasts through CRM management.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in new business development and territory growth.
- Experience selling lubricants, fuels, chemicals, industrial products, MRO products, automotive aftermarket solutions, or related products is preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a large territory and active sales pipeline.
