About the Role:
As a Senior Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving accurate demand forecasts, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring product availability across key markets. You'll be the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, using data-driven insights to shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on demand assumptions and promotional plans
- Lead monthly demand planning meetings and S&OP processes
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze trends, seasonality, and new product introductions to optimize inventory levels
- Support digital transformation and planning tool enhancements
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably within FMCG or food & beverage
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
