Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite - 5 Days/Week, Non-Negotiable)
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 Base + Bonus Potential

What You'll Do
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve logistics performance
- Identify cost savings and efficiency gains across transportation operations
- Build powerful dashboards and models using Excel, Access, SQL, and Power BI
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions
- Own reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis end-to-end
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related)
- 3-5+ years in logistics, transportation, or analytical roles
- Advanced Excel & Access skills (must-have)
- Experience with SQL and/or Power BI (strongly preferred)
- A mindset that blends analytics + business impact
