Senior Procurement Operations Analyst
Summary:
A detail-oriented Procurement Operations Senior Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of a new enterprise-wide procure-to-pay (P2P) process. This role will serve as a bridge between business users and system support teams to ensure operational efficiency, user adoption, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in process design sessions, testing activities, and configuration decisions for the P2P system.
- Act as a liaison among business users, functional leads, and system support teams to align business needs with system capabilities.
- Provide end-user support, including onboarding, training, issue resolution, and creation of user documentation.
- Monitor transaction flows, identify performance issues, and support financial close activities.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback collection, process enhancement, and validation of system updates.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support change management efforts and encourage successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Operations.
- Solid understanding of the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, including requisitions, orders, receipts, invoicing, payments, and supplier management.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, accounts payable, or a related operational role.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.
- Familiarity with both indirect and direct procurement models.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
