Role Overview: As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and cost-effective supply of components, materials, and services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-engineering, product development, and logistics-to source quality materials and build strong vendor partnerships that keep our products ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing and delivery terms
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records with accuracy and efficiency
Monitor and forecast material requirements in collaboration with planning and production teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Analyze market trends, risks, and supplier performance to inform strategic sourcing decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in consumer electronics or manufacturing
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
