Sr. Sourcing Manager - Innvictis Crop Care
Position Overview: The Senior Procurement Manager will spearhead and manage the intricate operations of Innvictis Crop Protection's business across its diverse portfolio. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including sourcing, quality control, inventory movement and logistics within SGS, cost efficiency, and strategic planning to meet product timeline demands.
Preferred Location: Boise, Idaho. Remote arrangements may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience. Domestic travel may be required up to 35%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Leadership: Oversee the negotiation and procurement of $400M in technical AI, finished goods, and raw materials for Innvictis Crop Protection products.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key U.S. and international suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain for Innvictis Crop Protection products.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Direct supply chain activities through the Customer Service procurement team, leveraging market insights to ensure Innvictis products maintain a competitive edge.
- Supplier Base Expansion: Strategically expand the supplier base to ensure consistent product quality and multiple global sourcing options, enhancing flexibility and product availability.
- Supply Chain Reliability: Lead the supply chain process for crop protection, ensuring it is the most dependable among SGS suppliers, while managing CPP ending inventories in collaboration with SGS procurement.
- Loyalty Program Management: Work with SGS procurement to balance loyalty programs, maximizing profitability while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Innvictis regulatory team to ensure all labels and sourcing comply with EPA requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of customer service specialists dedicated to crop protection.
Typical Education:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university.
Relevant Experience:
- 10+ years of related experience and/or training.
