About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, External Sourcing to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for foundry and OSAT services within a global technology organization. This role is critical in driving supplier strategy, cost optimization, and ensuring supply continuity for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories and suppliers.
  • Drive value generation initiatives and cost reduction programs.
  • Collaborate with business units and senior leadership to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Establish world-class supplier development and relationship management practices.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Lead strategic procurement culture and support new product development processes.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in strategic sourcing and supplier relations.
  • Strong relationships with semiconductor foundries and OSAT providers.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proven track record of delivering year-over-year value through strategic sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in high-volume semiconductor or related manufacturing environments.
