Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the entire supply chain function, including procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Oversee procurement activities and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in [industry].
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
